Changing blogging domain and site

Dear blogger friends, Lately, I had a few problems with the Blogger web site for my blog The Content Reader . I took this as a sign that I should finally create a web site of my own. I have been checking out other options, but could not get my act together. Finally, I have managed to create a basic web site with Wix, which I hope will be developed over time.  It has not been easy to find my way around. One thing one can say about Blogger is that it is easy to work with.  This site will no longer be updated Follow me to my new domain @  thecontentreader.com Hope to see you there.  Lisbeth @ The Content Reader

Finalised challenge - Full House Reading Challenge for 2016

As of 8 December, 2016, I have finalised this challenge. I am quite happy about it. Partly, because most, if not all, of the books come from my TBR shelves.

I did change one title, which is allowed, and that was 'Debut novel'. I just could not find any, or did not look hard enough. You never know. I changed it to a 'Nobel Prize Winner' instead. One has to take advantage of having read one of those winners. It does not happen every day, or even every year!

Great challenge! Thank you to Kathryn at Book Date for hosting. Luckily, she is also hosting for 2017, and I have already signed up!

  1. This looks like fun. My book group is doing a scavenger hunt for 2017 which I just posted on my blog. This corresponds with it. Travellin'Penguin

    1. Yes, it is the same concept. It is really great. I tried it this year, but since I do not read a lot of suspense novels, I only could relate to two books! To bad. I don't know why I don't read so much mysteries, because I really love them. Probably because I don't have that many on my TBR shelves! Good luck with your 2017 hunt.

  2. Well done on completion, just visiting your new sign up and saw your completion post. Yes for sure not every year read a Nobel prize award book. Lauren Willig's pink carnation series is one I want to give a go and see how I get on with it.
Remember to link this post up to the completion post on the challenge as there is a prize for one random person. You never know!

    1. I did link the post. I am not sure I did it right, but hopefully so. Looking forward to another reading year, and a lowering of the TBR shelves.
